Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots, celery, and onion

In a medium pot mix together onion, celery, carrots, garlic, chicken broth, tumeric, Bay leaves, and bouillon cube.

Bring to a boil, stir, and reduce to a simmer.
Step 4
Simmer for 40 min.
Step 5
Remove Bay leaves
Step 6
Blend stock until smooth
Step 7
Add lemon juice
Step 8
Boil pastina
Step 9
Drain pastina and add butter to pasta
Step 10
Mix eggs and cheese
Step 11
Slowly stir eggs into pasta
Step 12
Serve pasta then pour desired amount of broth over pasta
