Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles, then a smaller cutter to create ring-shaped wreaths.

Place the pastry rings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly brush the edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Step 5
Crumble feta cheese evenly over the cooled puff pastry wreaths. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs.
Step 6
Drizzle the wreaths with a little olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes for extra flavor. Arrange on a festive platter and serve immediately.
