Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, breaking up the larger pieces as you go.
Step 2
Divide the mixture between either a 24 mini muffin hole or 12 regular muffin whole tray.
Step 3
Bake in fan oven at 180c for 20-25 mins for regular muffins, 10 mins less for mini, until puffed up and golden on top.
