Dairy free and full of healthy fats. Seriously the best Meatballs I've ever made.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Use your hands to gently mix everything together, being careful not to overwork the meat.Form the mixture into balls about 1 ½ inches in size, then place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through (the internal temperature should register 165ºF on an instant read thermometer - I recommend checking at the 12 minute mark to ensure you don’t overcook). If desired, transfer the meatballs to a paper towel lined plate to absorb some of the fat / liquid that was released during cooking.Serve however you like!
