Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425°
Step 2
Put mozzarella and cream cheese in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
Step 3
Add almond flour and egg and stir until combined.
Step 4
Put a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet or pizza pan. With wet hands, spread the dough to form a thin crust. Poke holes to avoid bubbles.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 8 minutes, poking any holes that form.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and add pizza toppings.
Step 7
Bake an additional 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
