Instructions

Step 1
Boil eggs for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Turn off heat and let sit in pot for 3 additional minutes.

Place eggs in cool water and peel off egg shells.
Step 4
Use a fork to smash eggs to a minced texture.
Step 5
Add mayonnaise to turn mix into a soft paste.
Step 6
Add the sweet pickled relish. Taste for preferred texture and flavor.
Step 7
Add the pepper and paprika. Taste for best flavor.
Step 8
Add sugar for more added sweetness if desired.
Step 9
Slice rolls in half, then add mayonnaise and egg spread onto rolls. Enjoy!
