Instructions

Step 1
Mix both boxes of cake mix with butter and lemon zest to create a crumble and set aside. Mix jam, lemon juice, and frozen berries in a separate bowl and set aside. Prepare a 9x13 cake pan using cooking spray. Spread half of the crumble on the bottom of the pan. Drizzle half of the jam mixture on top of the crumble, then add the rest of the crumble and top with the remaining jam mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 22 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in cake pan on wire rack then put in refrigerator until set. Cut into bars and enjoy 😉
