Step 1

With the immersion blending running, add the canola oil in a slow steady stream until it takes on the appearance of heavy cream. Then, add the olive oil in a slow stream.
Step 3
Add the Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is emulsified.
