4 ozcream cheese
¼ cupsour cream

Gravy
Instructions
Mashed potates
Step 1
Add potatoes in Instant Pot and cover potatoes with water (about halfway of the pot).
Step 2
Add 2 garlic cloves. Set pot to Pressure Cook (high) and cook for 13 minutes.
Step 3
When cooked, remove potatoes and garlic cloves. Set them aside.
Step 4
Set pot to Sautee and add butter and cream cheese to pot.
Step 5
Once melted and dissolved, add salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Whisk in heavy cream and milk.
Step 7
Add parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Using a potato ricer, add potatoes into the mix.
Step 9
Mix and set pot to warm setting. Test taste and add salt if necessary.
Gravy
Step 10
In a saucepan on medium heat, melt butter.
Step 11
Add all-purpose flour, beef boullion, celery salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Use whisk to mix.
Step 12
Once butter and flour are combined, add chicken stock.
Step 13
Whisk until mixture thickens ~4 mins
Step 14
Test taste and adjust if needed.
