Instructions
Step 1
Start with 6 eggs, then whatever the egg volume comes up to e.g 200ml, then add the same volume of milk e.g. 200ml and the same volume e.g. 200ml of flour.
Step 2
Mix with an electric mixer till it coats the spoon and there are no lumps.
Step 3
Leave in the fridge overnight
Step 4
Mix it the next day. Add a teaspoon of oil into each metal bun tray. Put the tray into the oven for 10 minutes on 300°c for the oil to increase temperature. Once the oil has reached a high temperature, take the tray out of the oven and pour the yorkshire pudding mixture quickly into the metal bun tray.
Step 5
Leave in the oven till they start to brown.
