Ingredients

Smoked Gouda
plain flour
butter
Sharp chedder
Mild Chedder
heavy whipping cream
half and half
elbow noodles
Cream Cheese

Instructions
Step 1
I usually use half box or elbow noodles. Boil them Al dente. Don’t rinse after straining.
Step 2
In pot melt 2 Tablespoons of butter then add 1 tablespoon of flour, whisk together to make rue. Once that’s slightly brown add 2 cups of HWC and 1 cup of half and half. Then add ur cheeses to sauce. U can add some salt, pepper, creole seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Butter ur pan then put ur noodles, i usually don’t add all noodles at once just in case i have more noddles than sauce.
Step 4
Mix noodles and sauce in pan with some more cheese. Then add some cheeses on top. I put paprika on top as well. Cook for 20 min
