Instructions

Step 1
Pour water, yeast, honey into bowl. Mix together and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add in flour and salt and mix til shaggy dough forms. Pour into a bowl with olive oil. Cover and let it rise 24 hours. Fold each side over itself (4 pulls in total) Put on baking sheet, do second rise for 4 hours in warm spot. Dimple the dough with your fingers, top with more olive oil and preferred toppings. Bake at 400 f (200 c) for 20 min,
