Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven
Step 3
Add ribs in batches. Brown all sides 4min a side
Step 4
Remove ribs. Add shallot and sauté until soft
Step 5
Add vinegar and wine simmer 1-2 minutes
Step 6
Add sugar and stock. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Add ribs back into the pot. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours.
