Step 1
Heat oil
Step 2
Add sliced onions. Sauté on high for 3 minutes

Lower flame and continue to sauté for 15 minutes

Raise flame add mushrooms and until most of liquid has dissolved, continuously stiring

Add salt and pepper
Step 6
Add wine and bring to boil
Step 7
Cook for a few minutes then add flour
Step 8
Add milk. Make sure no clumps of flour
Step 9
Add water and soup powder
Step 10
When mixture comes to a boil add heavy cream

Adjust seasoning
