1 ⅓ cupspareve milk

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cupoil

1 ½ cupssugar

4eggs

2 tspvanilla extract

3 cupsflour

1 Tbspbaking powder

½ tspsalt
Streusel Topping (Divided)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 degrees
Step 2
Line tube pan with parchment paper
Step 3
Combine pareve milk and lemon juice and set aside
Step 4
Combine oil sugars in a bowl and beat with electric mixer
Step 5
Add flour baking powder and salt (mix with a fork to combine)
Step 6
Use mixer to incorporate flour into wet ingredients
Step 7
Pour half the batter into pan
Step 8
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and salt by hand and sprinkle half of it over the first layer of batter
Step 9
Add margarine and flour to remaining brown sugar mixture
Step 10
Pour the rest of the batter into the tine pan and top with streusel
Step 11
Bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out without any raw batter on it
