In frying pan sauté onions

Add tinned or fresh mushroom and cook until soft

Add salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven to 180
Step 5
Whilst onions and mushrooms are frying Roll our puff pastry
Step 6
Lather on a generous amount of pesto
Step 7
Place salmon on top of pesto
Step 8
Pour the onion and mushroom mixture on top
Step 9
Fold over pastry
Step 10
Add Heinz salad sauce or anything with mayonnaise
Step 11
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or cornflakes crumbs
Step 12
Bake on 180 for approx 25
Minutes (depending on size of salmon)
