Step 1
Combine: In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Heat & Melt: Stir frequently. Once the mixture is hot (but not boiling), add Andes mints. Continue stirring until completely melted.
Step 3
Serve: Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and some shaved or crushed Andes mints if you like.
