For the potatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Peal and dice the potatoes, then boil for 15 minutes. Strain the potatoes and toss them in the same pot and let them dry
Step 2
Coat tray in oil, then place tray in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Drop potatoes into the hot tray and bake for an hour and a half.
Step 3
Mix the galze ingredients together
Step 4
Dice the steak and season with salt and pepper and oil, then place into a pipping hot skillet until browned then toss in garlic and butter and rosemary
Step 5
Add glaze to the potatoes then serve
