800gChicken Breast
Raw, cut into cubes

1.5 TspSalt

2 TspParsley

1 TspChilli Flakes

2 TspGarlic Powder

2 TspOnion Powder

2 TspPaprika

2 TspOlive Oil

25gLight Butter
For cooking

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 Tbspparsley

800gWhite Potatoes
cut into small cubes

1 TspSalt

1 TspParsley

1 TspGarlic Powder

1 TspOnion Powder

1 TspPaprika

150gGarlic
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the potatoes into small dice
Step 2
Add the seasonings listed with a splash of olive oil and mix well
Step 3
Add the same seasonings listed to the diced chicken and mix well
Step 4
Air fry potatoes at 400° F for 20-22 minutes
Step 5
Cook chicken mon medium-hifh head for 6-8 minutes until done
Step 6
Add evaporated milk and herb cream cheese to a separate pan and mix until combined
Step 7
Coat potatoes with herb cream sauce and enjoy
