Cranberry Smothered Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, lightly brown chicken breasts on both sides.
Step 2
Transfer breasts to a shallow baking dish
Step 3
In saucepan mix together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and fresh lemon juice.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat till cranberry sauce is melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 5
Spoon cranberry mixture over the chicken breasts.
Step 6
Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes, or until fork can be inserted with ease.
