3.5 PoundNetted Pork Shoulder
1can condensed French onion soup
1 cupketchup
1 cupapple cider vinegar
3 tablespoonsbrown sugar
Split rolls
or hamburger buns
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rub Pork with salt and pepper and place in crockpot
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except Pork shoulder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until combined
Step 3
Cook on low for 8 hours
Step 4
Cut string off of Pork shoulder and shred
Step 5
Put Pork back into crock pot, mix well into sauce, and let cook on low another 30 minutes
Step 6
Serve on rolls or hamburger buns. Drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired
