Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salt water
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix kewpie mayo, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt pepper, and parmesan

Pour from bowl to a zip lock bag for drizzling. Set in fridge until potatoes are done
Step 5
When fork tender, take out potatoes, drain and rinse with cold water
Step 6
Smash them down with a fork on a parchment lined pan
Step 7
Drizzle of olive oil
Step 8
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes
Step 10
Sprinke some parmesan and drizzle with the sauce
