Rasika ginger garlic paste
MAKES 2 CUPS • This flavorful paste is one of the building blocks of Indian cooking and therefore used often in Rasika's recipes. It's a good idea to make a 2-cup batch; it keeps well.
Freeze in ¼-cup containers or in a silicone ice cube tray. (See Freezing in Silicone Ice Cube
Trays, below.) The recipe halves easily.

Step 1
In a NutriBullet or small blender, puree all the ingredients on high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. It also freezes well and will keep for up to 3 months.
