Instructions

Step 1
Let chicken come to room temp for 15 min.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 475 and move rack to upper position.
Step 3
Cut chicken into 1in. pieces.
Step 4
Mix everything except half the black pepper, half the parmesan, and mozzarella.
Step 5
Pour into 9x12 dish and top with mozzarella and remaining black pepper and parmesan.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and back on top rack for 20min.
Step 7
Remove foil and cook for additional 5 min or until center of dish is 165 degrees and cheese is brown and bubbly.
Step 8
Serve hot.
