Instructions

Step 1
Peel the parsnips and cut it and the potato into chunks
Step 2
Dice the shallot and onion and mince the garlic. Saute in a pan until translucent
Step 3
Add the parsnip and potato and briefly fry off
Step 4
Add the litre of stock to the pan and bring to boil
Step 5
Once boiling, add the rosemary, reduce to simmer and add the (drained and rinsed) white beans and the cale. Stir to submerge the added ingredients
Step 6
Half cover the pan and leave to simmer for 15 minutes, then add the cooking cream and grated parmesan. Stir to incorporate
Step 7
Leave to simmer for 10 minutes more, then remove from heat
Step 8
Stir in the lemon juice, season to taste and serve with Parmesan
