Instructions
Step 1
Sautee 2-3lbs of stew meat seasoned with salt
Step 2
Once brown. Add 2 cups of beef stock, 1 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1 McCormick packet beef stew, add 3 Yukon potatoes, baby carrots, celery, onion and pressure cooker on high 35 minutes and natural release after 15 minutes . Thicken sauce w slurry.
