Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dried basil, thyme, & oregano
Step 2
Heavy bottom pot over medium high heat, add olive oil and once hot, lay in chicken breasts. Once cooked, remove chicken and chop or shred
Step 3
Add more olive oil to used pan. Add garlic & shallots. Add tomato paste & sundried tomatoes (strained).
Step 4
After several minutes add chicken stock.
Step 5
After 15 minutes, add heavy cream and parmesan. Simmer to thicken.
Step 6
After 20 minutes, add salt to taste, cold butter, cooked chicken, gnocchi and spinach
