If you choose to make your own Caesar dressing, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, anchovy paste (if using), salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. For a thinner dressing, add a little water until the desired consistency is reached.
