Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°c
Step 2
Grease and line 2 cake tins
Step 3
Stir Cider vinegar into milk and leave to thicken for several minutes
Step 4
Mix dry ingredients (flour, bicarb, cocoa powder if using)
Step 5
In a seperate bowl, cream sugar, butter alternative and vanilla together
Step 6
Combine all ingredients
Step 7
Split mixture between the two tins and bake for 30-35 minutes
Step 8
Leave to cool completely and fill with jam and icing
