Step 1
Cook chicken in instapot with chicken stock for 10-20 minutes depending on instapot. Can also cook in oven or on stove.
Step 2
On stovetop melt 6 tbsp butter until it foams. Slowly add in flour. Whisk the entire time. Turn heat off add half broth. Get it smooth add the rest of broth.
Step 3
Then add better than bouillon, milk. Then heat back on to medium high heat.

Add celery salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step 5
Keep whisking for 5-6 minutes until thick (you just made cream of chicken soup).
Step 6
Once chicken is done shred.
Step 7
Crush 1 sleeve of ritz crackers.
Step 8
Add homemade cream of chicken and ritz to chicken and mix well. Eyeball texture.
Step 9
If too dry add more broth. Too wet add more ritz.
Step 10
Put on buns can add toppings of cheese, pickles, cayenne pepper
