For the filling
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour salt and boiling water together until it clumps then bring the dough together with your hands . Add a splash more boiling water if it’s too dry .

Knead the dough until smooth - roughly 10 minutes or use a mixer with the dough hook. Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature .
For the filling
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper

Roll out the dough very thin then cut circles . Fill then with about 1 tsp of the mixture then pinch closed in the centre then from each of the sides until they are sealed .
Step 5
Fry these in a pan with some oil until golden on both sides . You can steam or boil also a I like to serve with sour cream and scallions . Enjoy !
