Instructions
Step 1
Butter each slice of bread on one side
Step 2
Place butter side down in pre-heated skillet and top with cheese and ham. Then put second slice of bread, butter side up on top.
Step 3
When bread is well toasted and cheese begins to melt, flip the sandwich to toast the other side
Step 4
Remove from grill and repeat for each one
Step 5
Blend milk, cottage cheese, and tomato paste, then heat in saucepan over stove. Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
