Instructions

Step 1
Add flour and salt to large bowl, briefly stir to disperse salt. Add yeast and water and mix with the handle of a wooden spoon until the dough comes together in a shaggy ball and there is no loose flour.

Step 2
Cover and let rise for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 4
Sprinkle flour generously on a clean surface and place the dough ball on top. Add more flour across the surface of the dough ball and then cut into four equal pieces. Stretch each piece into a baguette shape and place on baking paper or silicone baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until desired level of doneness.
