For the base we put all ingredients in the food processor

When combined in a sticky mass we lay it in an oiled round cake base

Let it sit in the fridge

For the filling

Boiling the sweet potato until soften and make a puree
Step 6
We put the sweet potato with the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and combine until smooth
Step 7
Pour the filling in the base and put it back in the fridge for 2 hrs
Step 8
Remove the round part of the cake pan and you are ready
