Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200°C and grease baking tray

2. Put flour and butter in a large bowl

3. Rub the butter into the flour and stir in the fruit/cheese and sugar

4. Make a well in the centre

5. Gradually pour in the milk to form a soft dough

6. Turn onto a floured table

7. Press the dough out to an equal thickness

8. Cut into equal pieces with a round cookie cutter

9. Glaze with milk

10. Bake for 10 minutes and until golden brown
