Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degree F

Step 2
Mix flour and salt; mix in butter covering in flour mixture

Step 3
Add baking powder and sugar
Step 4
Mix the milk and egg together and add to mixture
Step 5
Add in craisins and add extra flour to knead to a soft dough
Step 6
Flatten to 1/2 inch and using 3" cookie cutter make 12 scones
Step 7
Place on parchment cookie sheet


Step 8
Mix melted butter with honey; top each scone and dust with coarse sugar
Step 9
Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes; cool and Enjoy!!
