Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add beef broth, heavy cream, and uncooked pasta to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente.
Step 3
Stir in the diced tomatoes and pepper jack cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
