This air fryer frittata recipe is a great way to use up any leftover vegetables and cooked meats that you might have in the back of your fridge.

Step 1
crack four eggs in to a mixing bowl beat them with a fork. Then stir in the grated cheddar cheese, chopped cooked bacon, chopped bell pepper and chopped ham. Next season the egg mixture well with sea salt and black pepper and then pour the mixture into a circular non-stick oven proof dish or air fryer liner.
Step 2
Then place the dish or liner into your air fryer drawer and set you temperature to 180c. Set the timer for 10 to 12 minutes and cook until the eggs are set and golden brown on top.
Step 3
And finally, serve your air fryer frittata with a hand full of chopped fresh parsley and a dollop of mayonnaise. or with a side salad for lunch.
