Instructions
Step 1
I started by sifting the plain flour into a large mixing bowl. Then crack in your eggs and add in your milk. Using an electric hand whisk, combine the ingredients until the mixture is nice and smooth. It definitely helps if you let your Yorkshire pudding batter rest for 30 minutes or more to help them rise fully when cooking. But it is not essential. Then place your oven proof dish into the air fryer drawer and add the vegetable oil.
Step 2
I then closed the drawer and pre-heated the air fryer on 190c for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Once the air fryer is hot, add in your Yorkshire pudding batter mix to the dish inside the air fryer drawer. Close the drawer again and cook on 190c for around 10 to 12 minutes or until the puddings have risen and are crispy and golden outside.
Step 4
So I like to serve my Yorkshire puddings hot with my favourite roast dinner.
