Instructions
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Step 2
Let rest for 3 hours, dough should double in size. If the house is cold, head the oven to 170 F and put the bowl inside with door cracked. Reheat oven every hour or so.
Step 3
Put the risen dough on a floured piece of parchment paper, then flip the dough so floured side is up.
Step 4
Put the dough and parchment paper into a Dutch oven, and into the oven at 450 F for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove Dutch oven top and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until the crust reaches your preferred color.
Step 5
Let the bread rest for 20 - 30 minutes before cutting.
