Instructions
Step 1
- To each chicken breast add 1/2 tsp of each seasoning to either side (1 tsp in total) rub in the seasonings so the breast is equally covered
Step 2
- Dip each breast into egg on both sides then into the crushed corn flakes, making sure to try coat equally
Step 3
- Put into the airfryer at 185 degrees Celsius for 11 minutes (you may need a little longer depending on the thickness of chicken breast) feel free to cut into it if concerned
Step 4
- While chicken is in the airfryer, toast brioche buns, chop lettuce and fry the bacon rashers
Step 5
- When chicken is done, top with Parmesan (add to the airfryer for a further minute if you want it slightly melted
Step 6
- Spread 1 tbsp caesar dressing onto each bottom of the buns, add the lettuce, chicken, a little more dressing and the bacon
Step 7
- Top with the top bun and enjoy!
