Instructions

Step 1
Cook the chicken and bacon: Cook bacon in a frying pan until it's crispy. Put aside. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast before grilling or pan-frying it until it's done.

Toast the Bread: Toast three pieces of bread lightly until golden.
Step 3
Arrange the sandwich: First layer: Cover one toasted slice with mayo. Add the chicken, tomato, and lettuce. Second layer: Put another toasted slice on top, cover with mayo, and then top with cheese and bacon. Top layer: Place the final slice on top, mayo side down.
Step 4
Secure & Cut: Use toothpicks to firmly press and secure. Cut into four triangles on the diagonal to create the traditional Club Sandwich appearance.
