Step 1
Begin by slicing half a tomato into thin strips.

Wash your romain lettuce - I used 2-3 pieces.

Make the sandwich sauce by mixing 2 Tbsp of mayo and 1 Tbsp of ketchup and set aside.

On medium heat, begin by cooking 3 strips of bacon.

After the bacon is cooked, cook 2 pieces of sliced ham on the same pan.

Set aside the ham slices and drizzle more oil to cook your egg. Cook until the whites are 80% cooked. Flip and turn off heat. Leave the egg on the pan so the other side cooks.

On a separate pan, heat up pan, and evenly coat the pan with butter.

Lightly toast each side of bread for 2-3 minutes each.

Time to assemble the sandwich! Place bread and spread a generous amount of sauce. Then place ham, bacon, cheese, egg, lettuce and tomato slices.

Spread sauce on the other piece of bread, and place it on top. Gently press the sandwich down.
