Instructions
Step 1
1. Collect all ingredients.
Step 2
2. Place grip mat underneath green chopping board on workbench.
Step 3
3. Crush biscuits with rolling pin on board until they resemble breadcrumbs.

4. Scrape biscuit crumbs carefully off board with metal spatula into a large bowl.
Step 5
5. Add cocoa and the ¼ cup coconut.
Step 6
6. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Step 7
7. Make a well in the centre and add condensed milk (scrape all of the condensed milk out of the tin with a flexible scraper).
Step 8
8. Stir this mixture with your wooden spoon until all the mixture comes together evenly.
Step 9
9. Roll the mixture with your hands into even sized balls – see teacher demonstration for size.
Step 10
10. Place the ½ cup of coconut into a small bowl.
Step 11
11. Toss the prepared truffles into the coconut gently pressing the coconut on to the truffle.
Step 12
12. Place directly into your container.
