Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce (except water) together
Step 2
Pour 1.5 tbsp of the sauce over the chicken and set aside for 20 minutes to marinate
Step 3
Cook the chicken in the air fryer
Step 4
Add water to the remaining sauce
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan over high heat; add garlic-ginger paste and dry red chilli
Step 6
Add the white part of the spring onions, and once it's slightly cooked, add the chicken
Step 7
Add the sauce and pepper, mix well. Mix constantly until the sauce thickens
Step 8
At the end, add the toasted nuts and green part of spring onions and serve
