Instructions

Step 1
Slice up the Beef cube into thin slices, about 3 slices per cube.
Step 2
Place the slices of beef into a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3
Cover with cling film/ plastic wrap and place into a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Slice up the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms, using a peeler cut the carrots into ribbons and finely chop the chilli and add them all to a bowl along with the mangetout and set aside.
Step 5
Heat a pan of boiling salty water and cook the noodles following the pack instructions.
Step 6
Heat a large wok, pan or skillet, once hot add in a little oil and add the marinated beef slices and cook until all the beef has browned this should take around 4 minutes, once cooked remove and rest in a bowl.
Step 7
Place the pan back on the heat and add a tbsp of oil.
Step 8
Add in 3 crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
Step 9
Add in the vegetables and stir fry for about 3/4 minutes.
Step 10
Add in the noodles and mix until combined with the vegetables
Step 11
Add in the bean sprouts and mix until combined.
Step 12
Pour over the sauce and mix until combined.
Step 13
Add in the beef and mix, sprinkle some spring onions and plate up
Step 14
Garnish with a few more slices of spring onion, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
