Beef and broccoli recipe - this recipe is really easy to put make for a weeknight dinner. Perfect with a bowl of steamed rice and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice beef and add baking soda. Mix ingredients for the marinade. Pour half the sauce into the beef.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oil and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat and put on a plate. Add oil and cook the garlic until fragrant. Add broccoli and green onions cook for 1-2 minutes. Add beef, sauce and 3 tbsp water. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
