If you love a sweet, or savoury, muffin to go with your morning cup of coffee but you want to swap them out for something a bit healthier and at the same time you want to cut your costs down, then whipping up a batch of these air fryer oat cupcakes is ideal.

Instructions
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Keep a little of the dark chocolate until after they have been cooked.
Step 2
Place the mixture in to silicon moulds until two thirds full to allow for them to rise. Place the silicone moulds in to your air fryer and cook for 12 to 15 minutes on 140 C. Check half way as cooking times may vary depending on what type of air fryer you use.
Step 3
When they have finished cooking, carefully remove your air fried oat cups from the silicone moulds and place on a cooling rack.
