Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mash two bananas with a fork to make a smooth paste.
Step 2
Then add four tablespoons of rolled oats, one tablespoon of maple syrup, one tablespoon of peanut butter and one teaspoon of chia seeds.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly using a spoon. And then using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls about the size of golf balls.
Step 4
Pop your protein balls into the air fryer drawer and cook for around 8 to 10 minutes on 180c. Remembering to turn them half way through the cook to ensure they are crispy all over.
