This bean-style salad was inspired by foods that help reduce bloating.

Ingredients

Salad

2 x 28 FL ozcans chick peas
2 x 15 ozcans of cut green beans
French-style, pimento optional

2tomatoes
large

1.5white onion

Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and green beans.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and white onion.
Step 3
In a large bowl combine the chickpeas, green beans, tomatoes and onions.
Step 4
In a well-sealing container, combine the minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and pepper. Seal the container and shake firmly, 30-60 Dec NDS, until combined.
Step 5
Pour the salad dressing into the large salad bowl, and stir to combine.
Step 6
Serve immediately or wait a few hours. The salad flavor will develop further as the vinegar in the dressing acts upon the other ingredients.
